We want you to love your rhode routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are gently used or unopened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original rhode box and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
